How to Install pound software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

pound software package provides reverse proxy, load balancer and HTTPS front-end for Web servers, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install pound

pound is installed in your system.

Make ensure the pound package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pound *

You will get with pound package name, version, architecture and description in a table
